The ZZ plant or Zanzibar gem is a semi-succulent native from semi-arid regions of Eastern Africa. As we have seen earlier this plant can survive easily in any conditions of climate and mostly this plant can be seen in the regions of zones 9 and 10.
Its smooth and waxy leaves reflect sunlight and brighten rooms. It stems grows in a graceful, wand-like shape that starts thick and bulbous at the base and then tapers to a point.
